The Northridge Lutheran mission statement reflects two of the core principles of our congregation.
The first part of the mission, "...to become a fellowship of Christian believers..." speaks to how important the church community is. We seek to nurture the sense of community in our church through worship, education for adults and children, Spiritual Formation Groups, and eating together often.
Outreach ministry is core to our mission as well and the second portion of the mission statement reflects that: "...who touch peoples' lives as Christ does." We aim to live out this part of the mission both financially and by serving with our own hands. We currently have the goal of utilizing 25% of our budget for outreach.
