Tyler McKenzie
Tyler serves as Lead Pastor of NorthEast Christian Church in Louisville, Kentucky, where he has faithfully led the congregation since 2016 after joining the church as Teaching Pastor in 2012. Tyler is passionate about helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live on mission in their communities.
Known for his engaging, biblical teaching and authentic leadership, he also co-hosts The Preacher and the Piano Man, a podcast designed to help parents and kids grow together in God's Word. Tyler and his wife, Lindsay, are committed to investing in the next generation and equipping the church to unleash the love of Jesus every day, everywhere.
Matt Proctor
In high school, Matt Proctor was a National Merit finalist who enrolled at the University of Iowa as a journalism major. But after hearing God’s call, he transferred to Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. Now instead of broadcasting the bad news, he’s proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. Matt has served as a youth minister, preaching minister, Bible college professor and is now president of Ozark Christian College. He was the president of the 2013 North American Christian Convention and he serves as a contributing editor for Christian Standard magazine. His writing includes two books, Finish-Line Faith and Victorious.
Matt enjoys reading, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, and traveling widely to preach about Jesus. Matt is especially grateful to God for his wife Katie and their six children—Luke, Lydia, Clara, Carl, Conrad and Caroline.
George Ross
After more than four decades of ministry, George Ross retired from local church leadership three years ago after serving 24 years as Pastor of Northside Christian Church in New Albany, Indiana.
George and his wife Sue Linn have been married for 48 years and have two children who continue the family's legacy of ministry. Their daughter, Rachel, founded Forget Me Not Ministries, serving the Roma people in Tinca, Romania, and their son, Nathan, founded Moments to Movements, equipping church and business leaders through coaching and strategic development. They are also blessed with five grandchildren.
Today, George continues investing in God's Kingdom through Finishing Well, a ministry that encourages pastors and equips adults in the second half of life to live with purpose and finish their race faithfully.
Dr. Gary Johnson
For forty years, Gary has served as lead minister, the last thirty years at Indian Creek Christian Church (The Creek); Indianapolis. He now serves as the executive director of e2: effective elders, a ministry that he co-founded in 2008. Gary has spoken to over 15,000 elders and church leaders in conferences across the country and around the world. After receiving his doctoral degree, Gary taught as an adjunct professor for five colleges and seminaries and has served on various ministry boards of directors. He is committed to equipping leaders, both in the United States and overseas, and has made over 100 short-term cross-cultural mission trips. He has co-authored thirteen books on elder training, and has written additional books on succession planning, personal finances, retirement, and heaven.
Gary and his wife Leah have been married 48 years and have two sons serving in the ministry. His pursuits outside of church life have included distance running, climbing mountains and travel. Yet, one of his greatest joys in life is in being called “grandpa” by six children.
Peter Heck
Peter Heck is a writer, speaker, and teacher from Kokomo, Indiana, and the creator of Dashboard Jesus, a ministry dedicated to the discipleship of believers through clear, biblically grounded teaching. The ministry includes a fast-growing podcast reaching a wide and expanding audience.
For more than two decades, he has served as a public high school teacher, teaching American history and government, where he is known for his engaging and thought-provoking approach.
Peter is also a prolific writer and serves as Lead Opinion Writer at Not the Bee. His work has appeared in the Washington Times, Washington Post, and USA Today, and he has provided commentary on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News.
