The NPA AT currently works with coaches to ensure that student-athletes are being taught proper form during warm-ups and workouts. The AT supplies the teams with exercises and cues during their warm-up to help teams prevent injuries before they happen.
The NPA AT also works on-on-one with athletes to correct form, teach proper lifting technique, do preventative exercises, and increase flexibility. Email jcyphers@northlandprep.org or swing by the ATR in Room 302 if you'd like more information!

Lastly, be honest with your body! Stop when you feel hurt, and tell the NPA AT so they can help you.
