Get Involved
The success of our school, our students and our staff is often rooted in the dedication and support from our Montowese Families. We encourage all Montowese families to participate, donate, support and attend as many school and PTA sponsored events & fundraisers as they can! Not only are these events fun, they foster a sense of community, increase student engagement and allow for growth to expand programs, clubs, events and more.
Below you will find a list of many events and fundraisers we would like to accomplish this school year - the catch...we need your help!! Please considering signing up for one or all of available opportunities!

Room Coordinators Information
Room Coordinators play a pivotal role in each Montowese classroom and serve as a liaison between the teacher and parents/guardians. Coordinators will be impartially selected among all parents/guardians who indicate a willingness and availability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position for each classroom. Room Coordinator responsibilities include:
Creating a class contact list (phone & email) and distributing to parents/guardians
Communicate as needed (via email) to parents regarding various events and solicit & schedule volunteers when needed
Act as liaison between the teacher and class volunteers to help coordinate events, celebrations and activities
Coordinate a class gift for the teacher for the winter holiday and end of year
Work with classroom parents/guardians & the PTA in coordination with Teacher Appreciation Week

5th Grade Committee
Our 5th Grade Committee is dedicated to fundraising, planning and supporting all of our Montowese 5th grade students! We are asking that all parents/guardians of Montowese 5th graders join the committee and help plan a successful final year for their students!

Busy Schedule? You can still support the Montowese Community! Consider supporting Montowese PTA via a Tax Deduductible Donation! Donations can be made via Venmo or Memberhub/Givebacks by complete this Form. All proceeds go directly to support your students, teachers and school activities & programs.
