We are living in a very complex world right now and it is extremely important that we take the time to look after ourselves. We all know that we are no good to anyone else if our cups are running on empty. I will continually look for new ideas and ways to help all of us recharge. I have to consciously take the time to work on self-care as well. It can be more structured and organized or it can simply be 10 minutes sitting in my car with my eyes closed if that is all the time I have at that moment. We all need support to keep going.
Remember to schedule time for yourself! If you actually put it on your schedule you are more likely to do. We find it so easy to skip out on things that are good for us in order to do something else. Try not to break promises to yourself!
