The below student learning outcomes (competencies) provides faculty and instructional designers with the necessary scaffolding to explore the course objectives, instructional materials, learning activities, and various assessments of this course. A careful curation of Open Educational Resources (OER) has been used to support the achievement of the stated student learning outcomes.
