Sometimes, an app just needs to be closed and then opened again to function properly.
Sometimes restarting the iPad solves any issues you're having with an app or just with the iPad in general.
If you are still experiencing problems, try deleting the app from your student's device completely, and then reinstalling it using self service.
Students can easily to lose their place when too many tabs are open. A lot of open tabs also slow down your device's performance. Try closing tabs you don't need open to stay organized.
If a student has "lost" their website and is unsure of how to get back to where they were before, use the back button to navigate back to the correct site.
If a website doesn't seem to be working correctly, try clearing the history. This resolves many common problems with website issues.
This is an issue that was fixed in a recent SeeSaw update.
Solution:
To update, you need to delete the app, then reinstall from the Self Service app.
