Dear 6A Families and Friends,
We have a few exciting events coming up, starting with our annual 6th Grade Field Trip to Stevens Pond & Weir Hill on Tuesday, September 15th, from 8:00 to 11:00 AM! This field trip is a NAMS tradition where students enjoy kayaking and team-building activities to strengthen our school community and build friendships. An informational packet went home last week with full details, and here is a link with more specific information about the day. We will walk together from school and enjoy a picnic lunch together at the pond. Please ensure your child wears sneakers and a bathing suit under their clothes, and packs a towel, sunblock, bug spray, a refillable water bottle, and a bagged lunch.
Additionally, Picture Day will be on Thursday, September 17th, and our 6th Grade Open House will be on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6:30 PM.
