This year the North Andover DECA chapter will be creating its first mentor program! The purpose of this program is to minimize the intimidation of joining DECA as a new member. We are looking for mostly juniors and seniors, but if you feel comfortable mentoring as a sophomore, you are more than welcome to apply! Our mentors will pair up with this year's new members and ideally make them feel comfortable asking questions and seeking advice regarding DECA. We cannot guarantee mentor positions until we can determine how many new members we have. However, if you are interested, please sign up so that we can better grasp our numbers.
