Even though November is over and Thanksgiving is over, it does not mean our goals need to vanish. With the Holiday season continuing for the next few weeks, it's just as important to keep our goals and priorities at the top of our list. Below, you will find a PDF that was created and is downloadable. In the document, you will find a section for 4 additional goals, as well as 5 sub-goals per large goal. Our sub-goals are what we can do each day that keep us on track to achieve those large goals.
Use this document to continue pursuing your nutrition, exercise and other personal goals. Download, then print it out and fill out the template. Then hang it somewhere were you will be reminded of these goals each day!
