Project: ISP 2024

The North Scott Community School District (hereafter referred to as NSCSD) seeks a Request of Proposal (RFP) for Internet Services Provider (ISP services) including secondary DNS, for a one (1) year period beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.

Currently, NSCSD receives internet services through MBAEA Internet Consortium. MBAEA Consortium has one year remaining on the contract with IP Pathways, which includes basic bundled firewall services. As part of this internet service, IP Pathways provides NSCSD with 30 of publicly routable IP addresses.

Given the current legislative environment and uncertainty moving forward on the remaining one-year of the five-year consortium contract, NSCSD is seeking new bids on bundled internet access.

This service is to be delivered to the hub of the district's network at 200 S. 1st Street, Eldridge, IA 52748. NSCSD seeks bids for Internet at the following capacities: 1 GBPS.
