Have the student take the device to the technology desk in the library to access the damage.
If the device is able to be fixed on site we can do that.
If the device is damaged and unable to fix on site then the device protection plan will need to be in good standing
The plan can be purchased here or at the Norman High technology desk (cash or check only for in person purchasing).
If the device protection plan is NOT in good standing then the student will be issued a Chromebook as a replacement until the plan can be purchased.
Damaged chargers can be exchanged at the technology desk in the library at NHS.
Replacement chargers in casing of lost/stolen instances will require a charger be purchased from the technology desk for $20
