How to Use Sora on NPS laptop devices either with Internet connectivity or without:

• Online:

  • Visit NPS Sora page to select ebook to borrow (look for the book icon)

  • Select the Borrow link

  • Login using Student ID and password: 9876

  • Select Go to Checkouts

  • Select green icon Read (in your browser)

• Offline:

While Connected to the Internet:

• • Follow the above steps for Online connectivity

  • When the book appears, tap in the middle of the page to display the Menu (looks like 3 lines) in the upper right corner of the screen

  • From the options, select Offline Access

  • Select Start Download

  • Once download is completed, select the Star at the end of the address bar to add the URL to your book to your Bookmarks (should save as the title of the book)

While Offline/Not connected to the Internet:

• • Open your Browser

  • Select the Bookmark of the book title you wish to read

  • Read and Enjoy!

Listen In Your Browser

• • Visit the NPS OverDrive page to select the audiobook to borrow (look for the headset icon)

  • Select the Borrow link

  • Login using Student ID and password: 9876

  • Select Go to Checkouts

  • Select green icon Listen (in your browser)
