• Student Planner: This year your child will be using a planner. This planner has a few purposes. First, planners are an important tool for teaching organizational skills. Planners serve as a reminder for upcoming assignments. They also are 'home' to login information and passwords to various virtual programs we use throughout the year. Finally, they are a place to communicate with teachers. We ask that you review and initial planners nightly. 

• Home-To-School Folder: This folder is used for bringing important notes and assignments to and from school. Please check these folders regularly.

• Chromebook: Expected to come to school charged daily.

• Optional: Reusable water bottle and snack.

Students will be receiving letter grades beginning in fourth grade. We know this is an adjustment for both families and students. In order to keep you informed of your child's progress, grades will be posted to ProgressBook. We recommend you and your children sit down regularly to go over this information. This is our primary source of communicating academic progress. Each family will receive a username and password to access their account in September. Students will receive a grade in ELA, math, and science/social studies.
