Developing inner abilities to increase our impact for the world

In this uncertain and complex world how do we ground ourselves to be able to respond with intentionality & wisdom to whatever is thrown at us? In this keynote we will explore why developing inner abilities is essential to building a more sustainable world at the personal, classroom & societal level. Inner abilities are built on the Inner Development Goals framework and consist of five dimensions of human growth and development: Being, Thinking, Relating, Collaborating and Acting.

Building on his keynote, his series of 3 workshops will go deeper and get practical with ways to develop your inner abilities to increase your own and your students' learning and growth. Science is proving that if we take control of our internal state we can influence what is going on in our wider lives. In a safe and courageous space be ready to go on a journey of self-discovery with other amazing educators.
