Healthy Kids Survey: Each Spring students throughout California take the Healthy Kids Survey as part of the assessment to chart progress toward the creation of the learning community we seek. Parents may view the survey and may opt students out if they object. To see the survey select the link to the left and if you wish to have the opt out form it is also linked on left.
