How Does Process Art Benefit Adults?
How Does Process Art Benefit Adults?
For adults, process art is a way to reconnect with play and creativity. In the midst of busy, goal-oriented lives, it offers an escape that reduces stress, fosters self-expression, and boosts self-esteem. Engaging in process art allows adults to embrace imperfection, spark innovation, and rediscover the joy of creating for its own sake.
