Event Information

Celebration Schedule

Parties are held on Sundays and are two hours. 

We’ll start with a short creative warm-up, then spend most of the party making art together. The final 30 minutes are reserved for refreshments, cake, gifts, and celebrating.

Private Studio

The entire studio is reserved for your group during your party.

Because Noel is an active working art studio, space is limited. We ask that the number of non-participating guests be kept to a minimum.

Food & Refreshments

You are welcome to bring cake, drinks, and simple refreshments that guests can easily eat while standing or gathering in our front area.

Because our tables and work areas are used for art-making, we are not able to accommodate large food spreads, catered meals, or food that requires separate dining seating.

Please bring everything you need for serving food and drinks, including plates, cups, napkins, utensils, serving pieces, and beverages.

Food and drinks stay in a separate area from art materials for safety.

Noel Art Studio is not an allergen-free facility. The party host is responsible for communicating with guests about food allergies and dietary needs.

Decorations

Our studio is already colorful, and party-ready, so you don’t need to bring much!

You’re welcome to bring a celebration banner, along with a few simple decorations for the refreshment area or outside entry area, such as a tablecloths or small tabletop decor. Our staff can help you find a safe place to hang a banner.

To keep the studio safe, please do not bring balloons, confetti, glitter, silly string, wall tape or adhesives, hanging decorations, or similar items.

Birthday candles are welcome. Other open flames are not permitted.

What to Wear

Art can get messy. Please wear clothes that are okay to wear to paint, glue, cut, or use other art materials.

Children must wear closed-toe shoes.
