Welcome to the Nodaway Valley High School Counseling Website!
This site serves as a central hub for students and parents to stay informed about all things related to the school counseling department. Here, you’ll find updates on upcoming events, scholarship opportunities, academic resources, and social-emotional supports available at Nodaway Valley High School.
My name is Mrs. Brittany Baier, and I am the 9–12 School Counselor at Nodaway Valley. I began my school counseling career at Collins-Maxwell Community Schools, where I served students in grades 6–12 for two years. In 2020, I joined Nodaway Valley Community Schools as the 6–12 School Counselor and transitioned into the 9–12 role in 2021. In addition to my counseling duties, I enjoy coaching middle school girls' volleyball and serve as the Advisor for our National Honor Society chapter.
I am proud to be part of the Nodaway Valley community, not just professionally but personally as well. I married Kolby Baier, a proud Nodaway Valley graduate, and we live on his grandparents’ farm with our two beautiful children, Gabriella and Dawson.
I strive to support every student in achieving success socially, emotionally, and academically by maintaining strong communication with students, families, staff, and community members. This website is updated regularly to ensure access to current information and resources.
