Coach Pep will oversee the Summer S&C Program and it will run Monday through Thursday. There will be a Middle School group 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm for rising 7th and 8th graders, and an Upper School group 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm for rising 9th - 12th graders. Depending on the age and experience of the participant, sessions will typically include a proper warmup, explosive work using plyometrics and variations of the Olympic lifts, overall strength development, and movement drills focusing on speed and agility mechanics. This program is open to all Nobles students regardless of age or experience and allows participants to select which weeks they will attend.
Coach O'Neill and Coach Pep will oversee the Pre-Season Speed and Agility Clinic, and it will run Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. —10 a.m. on the Turf field. Friday will be a make-up day if needed due to weather cancellations. Each session will have participants learning speed and agility mechanics while applying them through a variety of drills. This clinic is a great opportunity for students to fine-tune the mechanics and protocols that will give them a solid foundation as they enter the Fall season. This camp is open to all Nobles students regardless of age or experience. Those attending should wear some type of rubber molded cleats if possible. If not, regular athletic shoes will suffice.
