Students Allergies or Dietary Information

Attention Noble Families,

If your student has dietary needs or allergies that would require menu modifications, please provide your child's physician with the Physician Statement for Meal Accommodations form. After completion, please provide it to your student's campus to start the request for the menu modification process. Would you mind allowing seven business days after submitting the form to hear back from the Noble food team?

Students Immunizations, Physicals & Dental

We started to pass letters out to students missing Immunizations and Physicals Friday. We will finish passing the letters out Tuesday during Advisory. The letter indicates what immunization the student is missing. In addition, notification went out to parents letting parents know of the student's exclusion. Per CPS requirement, we will be excluding students after a full review of the Immunization record starting Friday, October 15, 2021. Immunization is a State requirement. Please keep in mind that the exclusion does not apply to all students. The dental requirement is only for 9th-grade students.
