HILTON Elementary 5th grade Preferrred Supply List
These are the items that are used most often in class.
These items will need to be replenished during the year.
4 composition notebooks (preferred) (math, science, reading/writing, 1 extra)
Pencils
Scisors
Glue sticks
3 - 2 pocket folders ( homework, incomplete work, writing)
2 packs of wide ruled filler paper (these are community driven)
1 set of headphones to stay at school (no bluetooth)
REUSABLE PLASTIC water bottle (labeled) - please no straw cups or disposable bottles
Tissues
Clorox wipes
Please ensure that these items come to school daily:
Homework folder
Math, Science, and/or Literacy notebooks
REUSABLE PLASTIC water bottle that can be closed (please no straw cups or disposable water bottles), since filling stations have replaced water fountains
Plug in headphones or earbuds, to stay at school for use with devices (no bluetooth please)
Approved clear bookbag and supplies (pencils, glue, scissors colored pencils )
NNPS issued Student ID on lanyard for identification

Communication Arts
The Communication Arts Magnet Program at Hilton Elementary provides a comprehensive, well-balanced academic program focusing on extensive reading, writing and oral communication.
We put emphasis on giving students the opportunity to collaborate, create, and present ideas and projects to class audiences. We work toward being active listeners who can present, debate, and communicate our ideas.
Students in grades 4 & 5 will receive an introduction to Spanish.
