In collaborating with me to improve your wellness, I will work hard to connect with you and build trust. I value creativity, individuality, curiosity and humor. I utilize a relational and collaborative approach applying attachment theory, feminist and queer theory, the biosocial model, and trauma-informed care. My goal is building the trust and rapport necessary to express yourself authentically, especially in a time where spaces for that are rare. Here we can gain insight into your personal values and what you'd like to see shift in your emotional and social experiences.
I am a non-binary provider and I use they/them pronouns. My passions are gender and sexuality, neurodiversity, and trauma recovery. I welcome polyamorous, kinky, disabled and social justice-aligned folks. I’m here to support you in gaining control over barriers that limit you. I can offer skills, processing, self-discovery, resources, and empathic listening.
If you come to therapy to explore a specific mental health condition, I have experience with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, OCD, and neurodivergence. While I have an eclectic style, I can offer EMDR, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, psycho education, iCBT and DBT.
