Some struggles can be resolved through consultation—quick, focused conversations that offer clarity and direction. Others require deeper work through therapy, where longer sessions help you untangle patterns, heal, and regain control.
If you find yourself caught in repetitive negative thoughts that drain your mental and emotional energy, struggling with emotional dysregulation, lacking motivation, or navigating a dysfunctional relationship with your parents, I can help. If you’ve lost your sense of balance, feel consumed by obsessive or worrying thoughts, have difficulty identifying or expressing emotions, or are struggling with numbness or anhedonia, you do not have to necessarily get rid of them, but you can reduce them, manage them, and keep them under your control. Issues with self-acceptance and self-esteem can also hold you back from the life you want.
If you’re looking to correct unhealthy thought and behavior patterns and replace them with healthier, more constructive ones—or if you need well-researched and effective solutions and remedies for the challenges you are facing—you can trust me to guide you through that process.
