As an art therapist and intersectional feminist counselor, I help clients unlearn the guilt, shame, and societal expectations that have kept them small. My work is for women and gender-marginalized individuals, who are ready to shed the outdated narratives around self-worth, love, and success. Healing isn’t about being “good” or doing it the “right” way—it’s about breaking free. Whether you’re healing from a toxic relationship, navigating a major life shift, or unraveling deep-rooted perfectionism, I provide a space where you can process, reclaim, and redefine yourself—on your terms.
Many of my clients are cycle-breakers, eldest siblings, recovering people-pleasers—the ones who have spent their lives carrying too much. Together, we work to release the weight of expectations, set boundaries without guilt, and build a life that actually feels yours. Through a mix of talk therapy and art therapy, I help clients tap into creative healing as a tool for self-discovery, empowerment, and personal revolution.
You are not too much. You are not broken. You are becoming—and your next chapter is yours to create.
