We believe the Big Bad Wolf is guilty for multiple acounts of property damage and inflicted injury. 

With the information we have, it is clear that the wolf intended to damage and inflict injury upon our clients, the three little pigs, by trespassing, breaking down the pigs' properties, and intending to,  then hurting the pigs.
