Here is an overview of how we explored the body.

Students were provided opportunities to explore multiple media for communicating their learning. This short clip shows just a sample of what the students did during the course of the project.

Students rotated through various learning centres. They played interactive games, completed a cut and paste activity, made a comic strip, put their math skills to good use by solving various problems pertaining to digestion, and played digestion games.

Digestive System Demonstration

Students were provided with a choice board for their final projects. They were able to choose whether they would work alone or in a small group, as well they could choose from a variety of activities (based on multiple intelligences). This short clip shows some of the planning and preparing stages.
