School Development Family Survey 2016-17

Please note this survey is to be completed by Parents and/or Guardians only. Students will be asked for feedback in a separate survey.

Helping students do their best in school requires a team effort. Parents, students, and schools all play important roles in this process. To help all of us learn how to make your child's schooling experience as positive and beneficial as possible, please give us your honest, thoughtful responses to the questions.

Because different children often have different experiences in the same school, if you have more than one child in this school, we would like you to focus on the experience of just one child. Please take this survey about your oldest child who attends the school. We understand that experiences can vary from one situation (e.g., subject/class/teacher) to another, however please select the response that you feel best describes your child's overall experience at his/her school this year. There is a free response question at the end of the survey that you can use to explain your response to a particular question(s), if you wish. If you truly feel that you cannot answer a question, please leave it blank.
