At the end of this lesson, you will be able to post a material to the Classwork page on Google Classroom.
Adding Materials in Google Classroom
By: Eric CurtsWatch this video to learn how to add materials to Google Classroom. A material is a link, file or YouTube video you want to share with students - anything you want students to view or read. Materials are not anything students would submit or anything the teacher would provide feedback on.
Step 1: From the classwork tab, click the Create button. Select Material to post course material.
Step 2: From there, give your material a title. Add a description if you wish.
Step 3: On the right side you have some options. You can:
Choose to add the materials to other classes
Choose which students have access to the materials
Choose or create a topic in order to organize the material
Step 4: If you would like to attach files, click the Add button. You can add files from Google Drive, a link to a website, upload a file from your computer or attach a YouTube video.
Step 5: When you are ready to send the materials to your students, click Post in the top right corner.
Now, use the steps you have learned to post a material to the Classwork page.
