On PC you could use a program like Paint.net which you can download for free.

Alternatively, you could use piklr.com which can be used right in the browser so you can use it on a Chromebook as well.

We can either cut out your buttons with the circle cutting tool or we can send our files to the cricut software and get the cricut to cut out your buttons for you.
