Patient Connect NL:
There is a new process for folks who do not have a Primary Care Provider to become a patient of the Collaborative Care Clinic and connected with a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Folks can register online or by phone. Please note that this is currently only offered to those who fall within the Eastern Health region.
