There are 6 buses operating from Holy Trinity Elementary
You will find a copy of the bus routes for Holy Trinity Elementary School, as currently designed from the school’s profile page on the School District website, http://www.nlesd.ca.
Please note that bus routes are subject to change at any time, and pick-up/drop-off times are approximate. Please visit the website regularly to check for any changes to the bus routes.
In order to ensure the safety of all Kindergarten children we want to remind parents of the following procedures:
A caregiver must wait with their child at the bus stop until the bus arrives.
A caregiver must be waiting to pick up the child at the bus stop. If there is no one there the bus driver will bring the child back to school. (The parent will then be contacted to pick up child)
Children will be transported to only one address for the remainder of the school year. This address is indicated on a tag on your child’s book bag. If there is a change in plan, parents are asked to provide a written note to the teacher indicating the change, and pick up their child from school on that day.
Please review the following safety rules with your child.
Bus Safety Rules
Children will sit in the front of the bus in a designated seat according to bus stop (a tag will be attached to their book bag indicating name, address and stop).
Children sit with their back against the seat and book bag on their lap (no child is to kneel or stand while the bus is moving).
Children remain in their seats until their bus comes to a complete stop.
Ask your child to notify the bus driver immediately if a caregiver isn’t there.
