Breathing Room is a self-management module program, great for those age 13-24. This platform provides video based interventions for stress, anxiety, and depression. This program can be completed in 1-3hrs/ week, as you work through the 8 modules. There is a self-referral form available through the Bridge the Gapp website. For more information:

Great Apps to use:
Mindshift (for older kids/ teens): a self-help tool based on proven scientific strategies, Mindshift CBT teaches about anxiety, helping users to engage in healthy thinking and take action. Users check in each day to track their anxiety and work with tools in the app.
Breath2Relax: a stress management tool that provides information on the effects of stress on the body and instructions and exercises to help users learn a stress management skill called "diaphragmatic breathing". Breathing exercises decrease the body's stress response, help with mood stabilization, anger control, and anxiety management.
Headspace: a meditation app that focuses on training your mind and applying mindfulnes to everyday activities. The Take 10 program (free, and 10 minutes per day). This helps you focus on your breathing, environment, self-awareness, while providing you with mediation for relationships, depression, self-esteem, and stress.
Calm: an app for meditation and sleep. This app gives you sleep stories, guided meditations, breathing programs, masterclasses, and relaxing music. Topics include: calming anxiety, managing stress, deep sleep, focus and concentration, relationships, happiness, gratitude, self-esteem, and many more. Highly recommended by mental health experts.
Be Safe: an app to help young adults make a decision about seeking help in a crisis. It is a systems navigation tool that helps youth find help when they need it, supporting them through the process of reaching out when it feels overwhelming.
Stop, Breathe, & Think: an app to guide people through meditations for mindfulness & compassion
MoodFit: an app to help track anxiety, triggers, and to help change negative thoughts. Everythng is customizable. It helps with managing and identifying trends with relation to mood swings, meal tracking, sleep tracking, etc.
SAM: a Self-help Anxiety Management app that helps you log your anxiety levels, graphing them for you and showing you patterns in your anxiety. SAM includes a button called "Help for Anxiety NOW" which gives you instant advice, a breathing exercise, and a nature photography to help you feel at peace.
