About Algebra 1

This course provides an opportunity for students to study operations of mathematical expressions, solving one and two-variable equations, linear functions, function notation, and solving quadratic functions by factoring with emphasis on math practices. This is a college preparatory class that will prepare students for Geometry and Algebra 2.
