We use Clever MFA to secure our student accounts. The resources below demonstrate how students login depending on if they are secondary or elementary. There are also resources to help teachers know how to reset passwords and reset MFA settings. 

With Chrome browser, you can get personalized search results that appear instantly as you enter text; synchronize bookmarks and settings across all your devices; use Google Workspace products, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more; and add to your browser’s functionality with Chrome Web Store extensions, such as photo editors and project-management tools. With Google Drive, you can open your files from your computer’s Drive folder on the desktop or from your browser. Files you create with Google Docs open in your browser or mobile app. Other files in your Drive folder will open in their regular applications (like Adobe Reader for PDF files) on your computer. Google Classroom is the learning management system utilized by NKSD. Classroom allows teachers to assign, track, and grade assignments; post discussion questions; send students messages; house resources; and more! Seesaw is NKSD's K-2 platform for student engagement that inspires students of all ages to do their best, and saves teachers time! Students use creative tools to take pictures, draw, record videos and more to capture learning in a portfolio. Teachers find or create activities to share with students, and families only see their child's work and leave comments and encouragement. With Gmail, your email is stored safely in the cloud. You can get to messages from any computer or device with a web browser. You can join or start a video meeting in Google Meet right from Gmail as well as access Google Chat and Spaces. With Google Calendar, you can quickly schedule meetings and events and get reminders about upcoming activities, so you always know what’s next. Calendar is designed for teams, so it’s easy to share your schedule with others and create multiple calendars that you and your team can use together.
