Common Chromebook Problems

Below is an organized list of common issues with student Chromebooks. 

The Chromebook Help Desk (my office) will usually be open to help fix issues or provide students with loaners from 7:45am to 8:15am. Hopefully this is plenty of time for students/teachers to realize there is an issue and get it fixed early in the day. 

Below is a reference guide of many built-in assistive technology features within Chromebooks and Google products (such as Google Docs, Slides, and Drive). When students have issues related to vision, fine motor skills, attention and focus, or other issues, some of these built-in features may be helpful.
