Sierra college has been leading the way using GUIDED PATHWAYS. Students are guided to consider Career before beginning course work for clear goal setting. Sierra's guided pathways work includes:

structured onboarding processes
proactive academic and career counseling
enhancement of the early alert system
instructional support and co-curricular activities (professional development)
