The actual Geometry when made in Creo Parametrics 5 and uploaded into ANSYS.
The mesh is made without changing any of the options.
The Assembly was made and loaded into the program ANSYS Aim. Where the Constraints are loaded afterwards. The materials are chosen as steel which was made in the Engineering Data for the structural steel was missing the details required for this analysis.

The Inner Surface of the Outer Cylinder and the Outer Surface of the Inner Cylinder are made as the Contact Surface in between the two.
