Wire EDM'd polygon geometry into drive train hubs with a tolerance of interference fitment of its mating insert. Tolerances were important to ensure proper torque transfer without unintended internal pressure in the material of both parts. Previous designs did not properly tolerance mating parts and extreme wear and deformation occurred.

Here I have created and manufactured a realistic part that has threaded holes, and a few level changes including a pocket and chamfered edges. This part required a top and bottom operation with minimum machining time.

Design project for a customer in need of wall mount brackets for computer speakers. The customer requested an interchangeable decor piece that can easily be removed and replaced without interference with OEM parts. Final design incorporates modern geometric design which neatly hides all mounting hardware for a sleek professional look.
