Full Paper Submission

The authors are pleasingly invited to submit the full papers of their original, unpublished, research contribution which is not currently under review by another conference or journal. Only the accepted and registered papers will be allowed to present at the conference. On behalf of the organizing committee, we cordially invite research scientists, experts as well as scholars all over the world to participate in SIPCOV 2026. At least one of the authors for each article accepted in the book proceeding should register for the conference. If the author of an accepted paper does not register for the conference, his/her paper will not be included in the book proceeding. 

All the accepted papers will be published in the Scopus Indexed Springer book series "Communications in Computer and Information Science(CCIS)".

• Format: Use the Springer CCIS format and a MS Word template. 

• Length: Papers should be around 15 pages long. 

• Language: Papers should be written in grammatically correct English.

• Figures and tables: Figures should be at least 600 dpi resolution and tables should not be in a pictorial format. All figures, tables, and references should be numbered and cited in the text. 

• Author information: Include the full name, affiliation, email address, and ORCID ID of all authors. Specify a corresponding author. 

• Abstract: The abstract should be a single paragraph that is independent of the rest of the paper and should not include citations or references. 

• Plagiarism: Papers will be screened for plagiarism. 

• Review: Papers will be reviewed by at least three reviewers using a double blind review system.

• Standards: All authors must comply with Springer's ethical standards.

• License: Each paper must include a Springer Nature Licence to Publish. 

• Copyright: The corresponding author signs the license on behalf of all authors.
