Paper Submission Guidelines

Instructions for Authors

Papers submitted to ICEFEET 2024 must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, and they must not be submitted to any other event or publication during the entire review process.

1. The Authors need to follow the IEEE conference template available in the below link to prepare or format their manuscript. 

   • Please download the conference template (with conference copyright string included) and format accordingly. (Please do not ask for edit rights):

2. Strict conformance to the IEEE conference paper template provided inside above link is required.

3. In the above style sheets, specially maintain the indicated formatting style for author names, affiliation, font size, figure captions, line and paragraph spacing etc. in your manuscript.

4. Length of paper must not exceed 6 pages under any circumstances. 

5. Similarity score less than 30 % with all filters disabled must be achieved. 

6. The list of authors and affiliations as provided in the manuscript must be consistent with the details as entered in CMT portal at all stages of the conference.

Papers must be submitted electronically by the submission deadline through Microsoft CMT.
