How to Register?

After acceptance of paper, participants can register in ICEFEET 2023.

The Registration fee is payable from any bank through online transaction (NEFT/IMPS) to the following account.

The participants can pay the applicable registration fees mentioned above via online transfer. They have to use the following account details for paying the registration fees:

SWIFT Code: IDIBINBBXXX (Required for the registration of foreign authors)

Thereafter, follow these important directions:

Write this code in the description of registration fee payment "RFICEFEET23"
Participants have to be sure about entering the details in the registration form i.e. Transaction id, Payee Bank name and Amount.
You must save the payment proof in .pdf file. This payment proof file is to be attached in a section while filling the registration form.
Attach an ID for the relevant registration category mentioned above.

If anyone is willing to attend the conference with the registered participant, please make a payment of Rs. 5000/person and fill this form

Things to remember and perform while filling out the registration form.

At least one author per paper has to register.
Each registration entitles the author to present one paper only.
Registration fee includes conference kit, conference meals and Gala dinner (Only on ground event participants).
Registration fee includes access to all technical sessions.
IEEE members are requested to send their active IEEE membership card or valid proof along with payment receipt during submission of registration form, if registering under IEEE category.
The authors’ names must match the ones provided during the manuscript submission, registration (There should be one/same name at all stages of the conference).

After registration process is completed, please mail the registration form, transaction receipt, and IEEE membership card/Student ID Card (as applicable) as proofs of registration to icefeet@nitp.ac.in with subject line as "ICEFEET2023: Conference registration documents for Paper No ___".

Camera Ready Paper

Process for generating Camera-Ready PDF Using PDF-EXPRESS

The Authors need to follow the IEEE conference template available in the below link to prepare or format their manuscript:

Strict conformance to the IEEE conference paper template provided inside above link is required.
Inside the link refer to the formatting styles indicated in "A4 (DOC, 30 KB) Updated Jan 2019" file or "LaTeX Template Instructions (PDF, 63 KB)".
In the above style sheets, specially maintain the indicated formatting style for author names, affiliation, font size, figure captions, line and paragraph spacing etc. in your manuscript.
Length of paper must not exceed 6 pages under any circumstances.
Similarity score less than 30 % with all filters disabled must be achieved.

Add the following copyright notice to the paper before creating camera ready PDFs.
The following copyright notice string is to be written in bottom-left (add as footnote in first page only, use “different first page” in footnote setting of MS word) of only the first page of your source document:

In order to prepare the camera-ready PDF, authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate the papers if they conform to IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF. All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore® (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore compatibility.

Logging into IEEE PDF eXpress service:

A. First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here

2. Enter the following:

59656X for the Conference ID
email address
new password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent for verifying your account setup.

B. For existing users, but using it for the first time for the new conference:

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Detailed Steps:

1. Enter the Conference ID [59656X], your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.

2. When you click “Login”, simply click “Continue”. You will need to re-confirm your password. You can use the existing password or a new password.

3. You will receive online an email confirmation of successful account setup/creation.

4. Carefully read the information given in the following link to check your manuscript using PDFExpress:

7. The authors should upload the camera-ready paper generated by the pdf express service with original file name as generated by pdf express. PLEASE DO NOT RENAME THE FILE.

UPLOAD THE GENERATED FILE WITH FILE NAME UNCHANGED in the following link of CMT Portal:

The Authors must double check and provide correct information during the preparation and communication of the PDF-Express compliant camera-ready paper, failing which the paper may not be eligible for uploading in IEEE Xplore website.
