Prepare your presentation

We have prepared a template and mailed to all the registered participants. The provided template may be followed for making the presentation, the prepared presentation has to be submitted to us by 17.12.2023. Please use the link of the google form shared below for submitting the presentation. 

Click on the link Presentation and Video Upload Form (every file to be uploaded has to be named by your "PaperIDXX.ppt" write your paper id in place of XX in given label)

• The presentation should be based on the contents of the paper which you have contributed to ICEFEET-23

• Presentation duration : 10 Minutes ; Questions: 5 Mins

• Number of slides to be Presented: We are not advising any thing on this, we will keep an eye on time as mentioned above. You make the slides as per your convenience. Make whatever number of slides required to deliver the content of the paper

• You must add a slide for "Answer to reviewers comments" in the end of your presentation

• Keep necessary references in your presentation

All the participants have to send their presentations via above mentioned form and the participants who are presenting in virtually have to upload a video by 17.12.2023. The contents of video should include your presentation maximum of length 10 mins and of size 10 MB.
