Invited talk
"Optimizing GaN HEMTs and Gallium Oxide for Next-Generation Power Electronics"
I had the honor of presenting at ICSMMT-2024 on the 13th of December , where I shared insights on advancing ultra-wide bandgap (UWBG) semiconductor technologies for high-power and high-frequency applications. My talk focused on the integration of ferroelectric ScAlN with GaN HEMTs, emphasizing its impact on 2DEG density and device performance through empirical and analytical models validated by advanced simulations. Additionally, I showcased the potential of gallium oxide thin films, highlighting predictive modeling techniques like Bi-LSTM to accurately correlate material properties with deposition conditions. This work bridges modeling, simulation, and fabrication, driving innovation in semiconductor device design.
