REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION
Faculties/Scientists: INR 3000 (Including 18% GST)
Students/Post-Docs/RA: INR 2000 (Including 18% GST)
Faculty members and students of NITJ : INR 1000
Dates of commencement: 16th-20th January 2023
Last date of registration: 31st December 2022
Last date of abstract submission: 31st December 2022
Kindly submit the abstract to hadrons2023@nitj.ac.in. Selected abstracts will be notified though email for oral/poster presentation.
Accommodation will be provided to the external participants in the nearby hotels/institute hostels on the chargeable basis.
Approximate charges for hotel accommodation
Single occupancy (approx. INR 3000/- per person per day)
Double occupancy (approx. INR 2000/- per person per day)
These charges include accommodation and breakfast.
Transportation facility will be provided from hotel to institute in morning and evening.
Approximate charges for hostel accommodation
Students will be provided accommodation in the institute hostels on sharing basis (approx. INR 350 per person per day).
The participants who need the accommodation will pay the accommodation charges on spot.
The fee is non-refundable and only covers the tea breaks and lunch for all days during the workshop.
Certificate will be given to the participants attending all sessions.
Please write your name carefully as you want it to appear in the certificate of participation.
