NISKY YOUTH ULTIMATE SUMMER CAMP! 2022

The high school frisbee team became counselors for elementary and middle school students to teach frisbee! Campers learned the basic throws of the disc, the forehand and the backhand, stack strategy, and persons and zone defense.
