Extremely impressive day at Sectionals! Mary Kate Cestaro qualifies for the State Meet with an 18:24. Girls team has a really solid 5th place finish in the Class A race. Orit Shiang 19:00, Skyler Smith 19:07, Liyat Kebbede 19:26, and Abby Thomas 19:27 close out the scoring. Girls look for a Federation bid in 2 weeks!

Boys have a tough fought race with Shen and Toga and take the runner-up spot 44-56. First Sectional plaque since 2017. Julian Franjieh earns 2nd place in 15:16 and will be joined by Dan Malatesta 15:46 at the State Meet. Nick Thomas 16:01. Ryan Hesler 16:05, and Avaneesh Benki 16:49 all have big days as scorers. Nine of the 10 boys have lifetime PR's at the Sectional meet. The boys are looking forward to competing at Federations on November 20th at Bowdoin Park!
