The best post-season since 1983 for Niskayuna XC as the Boys team earns the Sectional Championship, as Donnovan Tucker sets the SPAC school record posting 15:09 for 2nd place. The girls take the Runner-Up spot behind Shenendehowa. Abigail Spiers earned her spot at the State meet. At States near Rochester, the conditions were horrible. Below zero wind chills on Friday iced over the whole course when we previewed it. Then warming sun on meet day, broke up the ice and created ridiculously muddy footing. The boys team earned 3rd place at the State Meet and helped Section 2 to the team title. The boys and girls earned 6th place at the Nike Cross Regionals at Bowdoin Park, as Donnonvan Tucker just misses in qualifying for NXN in Portland.
