Smruti Ranjan Mohanty

Smruti was born and raised in Jajpur, Odisha. He completed his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. After completing his master's, he joined Dr. Ponneri C. Ravikumar's group at National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar in July 2016. He successfully completed his doctoral studies, which focused on First Row Transition Metal Catalyzed C-H bond activation. He is currently working as a research investigator at Syngene International, Hyderabad, India. In his leisure, Smruti loves to listen to music, use social media, read chemistry books and roam around the city on his bike.

Second prize in poster presentation at National Conference on Organic Synthesis (NCOS) 2020 held at Berhampur University.
