NHS Band Handbook

• All students will sign a copy of the band handbook prior to participation in the band. Click on the link above to view the NHS Band Handbook.

NHS Band Fees

• We are proud to have some of the lowest band fees not only in NISD but the DFW area.

Pre-Participation Physical Form

• All students are required by the school, the district, and UIL to complete a physical evaluation prior to the start of summer band camp. Physical forms must be turned in on or before the first day of summer band. Click on the link above to view the Physical form.

CHARM's Info Sheet

• CHARM's is your one stop shop for all things band related, and registration is a requirement to be in band. Visit the link above to register your student today. 

Band App 

• We will use the Band app for all communications during the marching and concert season. Click the link above to create an account on the Band App.
  
  

Private Lesson Scholarship Form

We offer need based private lessons scholarships that cover 50% of the cost of the lesson. Print this out, fill it out,  and send it to the band directors.

  • UIL marching band acknowledgement form

  • Request for Student Release after Seasonal Activities

  •  School sponsored trip permission slip

  • Band handbook consent and agreement form
